200+ innovative projects, 20 finalists from over 10 countries all over the world: the Startup Booster is a wonderful adventure for companies who have the potential to have a powerful impact on the composite industry.
Indeed, at CompPair we have a vision of reducing materials waste by extending the lifetime of composite products. This sustainable goal will have an immeasurable impact on the industry.
Thank you to all the people who made this possible! We have been participating in the JEC Composites Connect since CompPair was born and are grateful for the whole ecosystem behind.

Eric Pierrejean, president of JEC Group, who organised a fully virtual JEC Composites Connect, allowing the industry to carry on connecting in innovative ways despite the pandemic.
The jury was made up of six experts in the industry with impressive careers and in depth composite know how. We are honoured to have been selected as winners by such an impressive panel: Jelle Bloemhof, who is Head of Manufacturing Technologies of Composites at Airbus; Karl-Heinz Füller, the Manager of Future Outside and Materials at Daimler; Brian Krull, the Global Director of Innovation at Magna Exteriors; Markus Solibieda, the Managing Director at BASF Venture Capital; Thomas Canova, the Head of Solvay Ventures; and finally, Johannes Goetzelmann, the Director of Product and Process Development in Europe at Magna Exteriors.
Of course, thank you to Peter Hopwood the presenter and moderator. His energy and the seamless coordination of the event allowed the competition to happen, almost as normal!
