CompPair and Almatech collaboration: healable composites will be used on space applications and the ZESST

CompPair is very pleased to announce that we have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Almatech SA. Almatech delivers hardware and engineering services for the naval and space markets: two markets in which our healable composites can make a real difference.

This impactful collaboration will have two parts. First of all, we will be creating self-healing materials for space applications, starting on a demonstration early next year! Our technical team is working hard, and we look forward to this new implementation.

In addition, CompPair and Almatech will collaborate on the ZESST by Almatech project, a revolutionary zero emission height speed ship for which self-healing material will be used. The Zesst is a disruptive and planet friendly alternative for short distance shipping. With its roots in Geneva, we are proud to participate in a local project.

We are delighted to collaborate with Almatech, who share our vision and mission: cutting-edge technology, reliability and clean materials, for a cleaner planet.

At Viva Technology, which we attended last week in Paris, Almatech and CompPair were together on the Swiss Pavillon. This event was the perfect way to announce our collaboration and look forward to the fruitful outputs of being back to B2B events!
