HealTech™ is a thermoset-based resin system giving FRPs the ability to heal cracks and delaminations in 1 minute by locally heating the part in a range of 100°C-150°C. HealTech™ is suitable for autoclave, out-of-autoclave, and press curing, and in a range of composite processes. CompPair is continuously innovating and creating solutions compatible with extended composite applications.

CompPair provides pre-impregnated textiles with various reinforcement types and resin systems adapted to autoclave, out-of-autoclave and press processing. On top of our two current resin systems (CS01 and CS02), the team can support the implementation of bio-based systems, fire resistant and slitted tape systems.
The HealTech™ CS01 system enables the production of healable composites with a high toughness, very low porosities, and very limited exothermal reaction during the cure.

CompPair's healable systems are available for infusion manufacturing, provided as fibre-resin systems. Upon request, custom systems such as bio-based and RTM systems can be implemented.

Our healable systems brings an easy repair solution to sandwich panels through the use of adhesive films, repairing dents and delaminations. Compatible cores includes foams such as PET, PVC, XPS or PU, as well as some honeycomb core applications.
With all our resin systems, we can provide monolithic carbon and glass plates that can be used for further processing. The repair of our composites reduces residual stresses and porosities, enabling high precision machining and drilling/milling.
All of CompPair's semi-products can be transformed into the semi-finished part presented below.
